February 5th, 2013 - LumoPro®, a leading developer and manufacturer of off-camera flash equipment, is happy to announce the new LumoPro® Multi-Mount Beauty Dish. Developed with the help of professional photographers around the world, the new Multi-Mount Beauty Dish is the most versatile product of its kind on the market.
With the adoption of an interchangeable mounting adapter, the Multi-Mount Beauty Dish is compatible with many different light sources. This same adapter is used in standard speedrings, including the LumoPro® line of speedrings and the recently released LP739 Double Flash Speedring Bracket. Now photographers can invest in a beauty dish that is adaptable to speedlights, as well as their high-end studio lighting equipment.
“We wanted to make something practical for all users, but especially for photographers who use several different lighting setups,” said Kevin Deskins, LumoPro® Product Manager. “Whether you’re in studio using Profoto, Photogenic, Alien Bees, or on location with speedlights, this new beauty dish is guaranteed to perform with all kinds of lighting equipment. The LumoPro® Multi-Mount Beauty Dish is set to retail at $79.99 for the dish only. The dish may also be purchased for $99.99 with the LP739 Double Flash Speedring Bracket, which would allow photographers to use speedlights with a softbox or the Multi-Mount Beauty Dish.
